SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:

The Sales Operations Management Assistant supports the sales operations team by assisting with the coordination, planning and execution of sales activities. This role involves handling administrative tasks, analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Supports:

• Maintain and update sales databases and records.

• Handle correspondence, emails and other communications on behalf of the sales operations team.

2. Sales Data Management:

• Collect, organize, and analyze sales data to support decision-making processes.

• Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM and other sales systems.

3. Process Improvement:

• Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and workflows.

• Assist in the development and implementation of new sales strategies and procedures.

• Provide training and support to the sales team on new tools and processes.

4. Coordination and Communication:

• Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, finance, and customer service.

• Coordinate and manage sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

• Support the onboarding process for new sales team members.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

• Assist in Managing customer accounts and relationships.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.

• Support the sales team in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

6. Sales Performance Monitoring:

• Track and analyze key sales performance metrics.

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.

• Monitor sales targets and quotas, assisting the sales team in achieving their goals.

7. Miscellaneous:

• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Operations Manager.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales opetations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1+ years of expenience in a sale support or administrative role, preferably in sales operations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
