Mandatory Skill:

The engineer should have a combination of Shell / Python or Powershell / Python or Python alone or Shell/PowerShell

Proficient in Shell scripting, PowerShell, Python. Solid understanding of Linux and Windows commands, with the ability to apply them effectively in automation scripts.

Good to have:

Windows / Linux / Unix administrations skills

Basic knowlwdge on Puppet Configuration Manager

Job Description

Automation Shell scripting along with Python

1. Experienced in scripting languages like Shell scripting, Python
2. Experience in development and customizing dashboards in observability tools like Grafana.
3. Knowledge of automation tools like Puppet
4. Knowledge of Linux and Windows OS
5. Knowledge of VM/VPC and recovery procedures
6. Knowledge of Cloud platforms like OpenShift, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, AWS and recovery procedures
7. Knowledge of SQL and RDBMS (Oracle, MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL etc)
8. Able to provide documentation on SOP for recovery & health check as per the delivered automation.
9. Knowledge of Cloud platforms like OpenShift, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, AWS and recovery procedures
10. Knowledge of Release management and CI/CD
