- ICT Assessment Certification for Solution Architect
- Degree /Diploma with at least 8-10 years' experience in the IT industry and more than 5 years of experience delivering complex IT solutions Experience with technical development such as Java, DevOps, AWS, Cloud, SaaS, etc. OR Mobile app development (iOS/ React Native and React) is preferred
- Project life cycle (Waterfall and Agile)
- Software Post Implementation Support experience
- Good Presentation and Communication skills verbal, and written (must)
- Good documentation skills
- Team player with Customer facing skills at all levels Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PPT, Word)
- Other tools like Jira, Atlassian, Confluence
- Fast learner, Meticulous, eye for the details, and organized Knowledge of Change Management process is an advantage Knowledge of TOGAF or equivalent architectural frameworks is an advantage
