Work location: 2 Marina Blvd/Sengkang Grand Mall
Workdays: 6 days per week
Working hours: 12 hours per day following the mall operation hours
Monthly Salary: S$2,300
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily shop operations, including maintaining a tidy and clean shop environment during the opening and closing.
- Respond to customer queries professionally and follow the job process stated in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Check all the receiving cleaning/dry cleaning items carefully and make necessary remarks.
- Issue invoices, ensure all payments received are correct, and tally with POS.
- Check customer’s receipts and prepare all wash/dry clean items accurately for the customer.
- Input all customers’ details into the system to enable communication with customers as necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to read and write English and Chinese as you need to communicate with internal team members and customers. You must write the remarks correctly.
- A minimum of 1 year relevant working experience or working in customer service is welcome to apply.
- Available to work various shifts, including weekends.
- Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant and confident way of greeting customers.
- A friendly personality and meticulous working attitude.
- Capability to work independently and pay attention to detail.
- Willing to work/rotate between Marina Blvd and Sengkang Grand Mall.
