Our client is a regional fund administration firm / fund services covering different asset classes such as hedge funds, private equity funds etc. As the business continues to grow, they are looking experienced fund accountants and the role are based in Singapore.
Key responsibilities:
- Work as a team to provide fund accounting services to fund management clients
- Prepare NAV calculations, financial statements and reports
- Perform reconciliations for fund clients and prepare reports
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks etc
- Assist in client on-boarding etc
- Good understanding of various fund structure, fund subscriptions and redemptions, fund transfer etc
- Liaise with clients and answer their enquires, maintain a good relationship with them
Key requirements
- At least 2 to 8 years of fund accounting experience, preferably in fund services/fund administration
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance related discipline
- Good overall knowledge in fund accounting, transfer agent, investor services etc
- Proficient in using fund accounting systems and software
- Good communication and client servicing skills
