Job Details
- Permanent position with comprehensive benefits (AL, Medical leave, medical benefits, Bonus etc)
- Working days and hours: Monday to Friday; Office hours
- Leading a team of 7-8 pax
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute marketing communications to convey key messages to target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze competitors and market trends.
- Develop marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Create and publish marketing materials according to marketing plans.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant company functions are informed of marketing objectives.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Develop initiatives to protect the brand and enhance brand value and awareness.
- Establish relevant and effective co-branding partnerships.
- Provide marketing support to business partners through active collaboration on marketing strategies.
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Develop and execute digital campaign & social media strategy. - Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Handle B2B company vouchers
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience **FMCG, retail background will be a plus point
- Strong understanding of technology, campaign and know how to apply it to business
