Role Description
- Responsible for all learning & development activities and analytics.
- Conduct learning needs analysis.
- Establish learning plans.
- Crafting and implementing competencies, learning and development roadmaps.
- Develop training curriculums.
- Deliver and facilitating trainings.
- Assess impact of learnings.
- Administer On-the-Job trainings.
- Manage the learning management system to build people capabilities.
- Organise staff orientation programme.
- Administrate course enrolment & evaluation, training records, training bonds, grants administration, pre & post course review etc.
- Participate and assist with other HR related projects.
Role Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ of experience in facilitating trainings.
- Proficient with Wizlearn Learning Management System.
- Possess ACTA or ATCL or ACLP certification.
- Experience in OJT implementation.
- Strong in data analytics, communication and presentation skill.
- Proficient with MS office.
- High initiative, independent and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
