Position: Maintenance Planner (Facilities)

Working hours: 7.45am to 4.30pm
Salary: Up to $7000 + $250 (site allowance)
Description
Perform job planning & scheduling and manage execution of facility maintenance activities
• Plan work details including task sequences & required manpower (internal/external), scaffold & insulation requirement.
• Identify and order parts required for the activities such as warehouse stock material (reservation & withdrawal) or non-stock material (order from external suppliers).
• Perform necessary walkdown to develop job plans and explain scopes to coordinators, contractors and external vendors if required
SAP tasks
• Manage SAP work orders for planning and scheduling and work orders closure including handling necessary documentation like printing work orders, Pick tickets, checklist, etc.
• Responsible for work order backlogs management to ensure they are planned and scheduled with proper priority and within required timeframe and closed properly.
• Document activity updates in SAP work orders and raise SAP notification for any findings.
• Understand the basic of SAP modules such as notification, work order, maintenance plan, material management and procurement process that support the daily duties.
Documentation, Reports and Tracking
• Write, develop, and maintain work packages related to facility work
• Analyze and track the work order backlogs to ensure all are followed up properly.
• Generate necessary reports showing effectiveness of programs
• Generate costs incurred in maintenance activities
• Conduct and participate risk assessment review on maintenance work
• Manage calibration records and schedules for all facility instrumentation.
• Understand and participate in Root Cause Analysis
• Responsible for Facility support
• Develop and work with Facility Engineer, Logistics, Admin, Safety, Labs and various end user(s) on scheduling and planning of facility support during normal operations and turnaround
• Owner of facility support turnaround schedule, providing updates and tracking during plant facility turnaround support and progress update
Training
• Provide respective technical training based on area of expertise and introduce plant equipment to respective contractors.
Job Requirement
• Diploma and/or Bachelor’s in relevant engineering (Mechanical or E&I or Mechantronics)
• 5 years of experience as a facility technician/executive.
• Know-how in facility maintenance processes and equipment covering
· HVAC, blowers, fans, compressors, chillers
· Fire Systems
· Security access and monitoring systems
· Basic electrical and communication equipment
• Experience with SAP
