Job Description – Human Resource Assistant
- Responsible for full spectrum of human resource activities that include employment, compensation, workplace relations, benefits, and training and development (C&B, T&D, Recruitment, Payroll)
- Screen job applications and arrange for interviews, attending interviews with hiring managers
- Preparation of employment, warning, termination letters and all hr related letters
- Handling annual appraisal for increment and performance bonus
- Handling Annual Employee’s Income Tax and Tax Clearance (eg; filing IR8A, IR21)
- New employee orientation for new joiners as well as explaining contracts & benefits
- Monitoring, updating Leave Records and responsible for necessary HR documentations; like leave records and lateness report
- Handling employee grievances with HOD
- Administrative of the group insurance policies for the company: Group PA, H&S
- Processing Maternity, NS, Child Care and all Government Paid Leave Claims
- Handle phone enquiries and emails on HR related matters
- Handled all Corp Pass related matters
- Process applications for Employment passes, SPass, WP, EPass and other related passes
- Provide advice, assistance and follow up on company policies, procedures and documentation
- Organize team building and annual D&D
- Sending Doctors and Nurses for BCLS Courses
- Ensure that all HR personnel files are kept confidential and not to be made available to anyone except the Financial Manager, COO, CEO or his / her nominee
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
