Accounts Admin Assistant (5 days / AP / AR / Invoices)

Job Descriptions:

  • Tracking and updating of sales-related data including sales commission processing
  • Perform accounting duties such as generating statements, invoices, month-end closing & sales reports etc.
  • Responsible for receivables and payables, staff claims and other accounting report
  • Daily monitoring and accurate reporting on account receivables and payables
  • Other supporting tasks as when required

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of relevant basic accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • At least 1-year relevant experience is added advantage
  • Real estate experience preferred
