Job Description
To assist in managing company’s IT Infrastructure & Services, Enforcement of IT Security, Implementation of IT Project as well as System Development, Support and Maintenance
Responsibilities:
• Assist the IT Manager
• Conduct sessions with business users to gather requirements
• Liaise between different business stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, support and delivery of IT services.
• Document detailed business requirements and obtain sign-off
• Perform testing and end user training
• Maintain documentation for all hardware, software
• Follow up on problem tickets, following change management instructions and escalating problem to the appropriate groups define in the operation guidelines.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
• Provide onsite support at client's premise, remote support by phone & email, and standby support.
• Software Programming, Installation and configuration
• Handling clients/ end-users IT related requests
• Troubleshoot hardware & software issues
• Users profile administration
• Interface with other maintenance vendors
Provide application support
- Assist IT Manager for the ERP implementation
- Preferred Background / Skill Sets
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree /Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in applicationsupport and troubleshooting on Windows OS platform in both servers and desktop.
• Strong analytical and solid troubleshooting skills to quickly identify problems and implement solutions.
• Prefer Application Support and programming experience is preferred
• Provide helpdesk support and troubleshooting both onsite and online.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written, and positive attitude

· Required skills: MS SQL, VB.NET, EXCEL Micro VBA
· Full stack developer capability / Application Support / ERP Implementation
