JOB DESCRIPTION
- Set up the workstation and prepare ingredients.
- Cooking to follow recipes, quality & portion controls and presentation specifications as set by the company.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, diswashing (wash kitchen equipment, dishes & utensils).
- Assist in inventory, organizing/storing/managing of supplies.
- Dispose of waste.
- Comply with workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT
- 6 day work week, shift work, work on weekend & public holiday.
- Able to commit to work overtime when required.
- Team player, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a food handler’s license (Food Safety Course Level 1 or higher) is a plus.
- Comply with workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
- No experience needed, training will be provided.
