Job Description
工作范围
1. Preparing secretarial documents as assigned. (Training and sample will be provided)
准备秘书相关的行政文件(会提供培训与文件模版)
2. Basic understanding on BS, P&L, GL, AR, AP
有基本的财务知识
3. Director claim verification and petty cash reimbursement
整理报销单据和记录
4. Proper maintain all account documents,including monthly bank statements of clients.
会计单据和客户月结单的存档.
5. Provide other administrative support when necessary
需要时提供其他行政支持
6. Handle phone calls and all related correspondence
接电话和转接
7. Assist in other duties assigned by supervisor.
协助上级完成其他分配的工作
Requirements:
要求
1. Minimum diploma in Accounting/LCCI or equivalent; otherwise,diploma in business also considerable
至少会计专业大专或等同级别的文凭;商业相关的文凭也可考虑
2. Preferred have 1 year working experience in related area;
优先考虑在会计行业多少有1年工作经验
3. Excel/accounting software knowledge;
懂得如何使用Excel或会计软件;
4. Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (Reading and Writing)
有双语能力(听、说、写)
