About the Company:
The nature of business of our client is Construction and Civil Engineering company supporting the Oil & Gas and Chemical Processing Industry. They have decades of experience supporting large MNCs operating in Singapore, both on the mainland and offshore islands, in Civil Engineering Construction, and Maintenance projects.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and processing all payroll-related activities, including updating the time management system, leave administration and statutory reporting.
- Monitor compensation and benefits processes such as salary revisions and bonus payments
- Handle the application, renewal, and cancellation of employment passes.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, including organizing employee training sessions and updating the training matrix.
- Communicate with dormitory operators and the company’s dormitory in charge to address worker needs, including arrivals and departures.
- Being familiar with MOM’s ruling on Building and Process sector work permit application protocol.
- Manage government-related tasks, including IR21, tax clearance, government, and training grants.
- Execute additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder in relevant field.
- Experience working in Civil Engineering and/or Construction sector would be advantageous.
- Experience in processing the full cycle of payroll and reporting payroll tax.
- Well-versed in Employment Act and Income Tax regulations.
- Familiar with using HR system (infotech) preferred , MS Excel and Word.
