Responsibilities:
As a business development manager of the bank, the candidate is responsible for
- Growth of lending business, with a focus on secured lending (property) while providing loan advisory and solutions to meet the financing needs of customers
- Deepen engagement with strategic partners, identify and maximise sales opportunities and also proactively build and manage long-term partnerships with an emphasis on good after-sales service
- Managing the day-to-day support of our channel partners’ enquiries and provide prompt response and feedback
- Progressively establish sales network through regular contact with referral sources and identify new business opportunities
- Proactive monitoring of strategic and key accounts to achieve optimum profitability, new business opportunities and leads generation
- Provide business updates, insights and overall portfolio analysis
- A strong emphasis is placed on sales’ integrity and ability to follow the correct procedures and bank’s policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of SME secured lending (property) experience in frontline sales, business development, relationship management, business development managers within legal conveyancing firms
- Familiarity within the property landscape within Singapore as well as regulatory policies
- Strong analytical, presentation and report writing skills
- Energetic, hardworking, multi task oriented and independent team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate accurately and effectively
