We are looking for a suitable candidate to manage a full-scale rewards program, which includes overseeing membership acquisition, cross-partnerships, integrated membership marketing, data analysis, and budget management.
The candidate will:
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the loyalty program, focusing on driving customer acquisition, retention, and spend conversion across the mall(s).
- Develop strategies for member acquisition, retention, and engagement programs to ensure a seamless, engaging, and customer-centric experience.
- Lead the design and execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns, including brand management, partnerships, and integrated marketing efforts.
- Establish and manage affiliate partnerships and sponsorships, leveraging data-driven insights to create value-added propositions.
- Continuously gather and act on feedback from members and stakeholders to enhance program performance and improve overall experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement initiatives and maximize their impact.
- Proficient in leveraging marketing technology to enhance customer experience, improve retention and increase members spending.
- Oversee budget management and ensure adherence to compliance and process standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or a related field, with 10 years of relevant experience in managing full-scale loyalty programs.
- Track record of securing and managing affiliate partnership networks.
- Detailed knowledge of integrated marketing disciplines.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at various levels.
- Proactive with a can-do attitude, capable of working independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to leverage knowledge across teams and develop collaborations.
- Experience in data analysis and deep learning is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor team members effectively.
