Brief Description of Role:
- Responsible for a specific portfolio; accountable for leading the overall management of sales strategies, activities, operations, and budgets associated with driving sales within an allocated territory.

- As part of the team, this role is required to support virtual surgical planning sessions and cover cases in the operating theatre at after office hours.
- Achieve/exceed assigned sales targets and related activities
- Identify development opportunities and increase unit growth, profitability and market share for target customers
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through customer relationships, product support and services
- Prospect and establish new opportunities by managing a sales pipeline and developing and delivering proposals to customers by illustrating value proposition.
- Manage Account information through effective, timely reports and accurate customer records
- Continuously improve product knowledge and selling related skills to provide improved service to customers which differentiate the company from competitors
- Engage in product portfolio management and set strategic directions based on customer needs and business goals
- Keep up to date on the product, competitor and market knowledge
- Develop proctors & advocates for the Portfolio & Focus Segments
- Identify and increase opportunities in existing and new accounts
- Foster collaboration and partnering between opinion leaders and the company
- Work closely with Product/Business Development Manager to ensure launch readiness and use post-launch measurements to effectively deliver launch plans within an allocated territory.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Medical Devices and Hospital Group to ensure the full extent of company resources is harnessed and delivers more than competitors in the marketplace.
- Consistently promote and cultivate the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and compliance at all times, including our Global Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and related policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Nursing or Pharmaceutical relevant Discipline
- Prior Scrub experience will be advantageous
