- Framing member installation including studs, joists, plates or tracks, bridging, bracing and other related accessories
- Able to use battery-powered instruments such as hammer drills, impact wrenches, circular saws, Nailers, Jig Saws, Nail Guns & hand cutting machines
- Skilful with wood working machineries router, planner, sanding machine, edge bending, post forming machine
- Installation & fabrication of kitchen cabinets, rattan cabinets, wardrobes, dressing table, storage shelves, etc.,
- Installing drywalls/foam board, partition board and insulation works
- Adding fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges and closures
- Able to determine quality of wood based on its appearance, spots & edges
- Able to estimate the quantity of timber required for the project based on the drawing provided
- Must understand & follow standard values mentioned in the building codes & blueprints
- Able to liaise with engineers, construction professionals, architects during construction phase
- Able to do hard work, carry heavy loads, use heavy machines
- Must be ready to work under all weather conditions
- Need to do night works whenever required based on project conditions
- Follow the supervisor's daily instructions on-site
- Able to do work on Construction sites (under hot sun)
- Min 6 years experienced furniture / renovation Carpenter Supervisor
- Understand drawing & work independently
- Need to guide & help co – workers while working in site
