Job Description
• The candidate should be familiar with the Singapore AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry.
• The candidate shall have sales experience with the main contractor, sub-contractor, Consultant, Archi firm, etc.
• The candidate will be involved in selling BIM services (such as On-Site BIM modelling services) and digitalization products (such as digitalization platforms).
• In-depth knowledge of our BIM products as well as other BIM products in the Singapore AEC market while liaising with clients and would be advantageous.
• Make appointments and demonstrate our excellent BIM software presentations for customers.
• Develop and acquire new customers from our target market segment (Main contractors, sub-contractors, M&E contractors, and QS Consultants) and your own resources over the telephone, e-mail, and outdoor visiting.
• Provide pre-sales our BIM software consultant and after-sales support for our BIM software implementation.
• Provide sales and basic service support to identify potential clients and develop new accounts.
• Excellent negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Generate weekly sales reports and budget projections for management.
Requirements
• Good knowledge in the AEC industry, especially BIM/digital technology for contractors, consultants, and building owners in Singapore.
• Preferably with AEC industry-experienced candidates.
• Diploma/Degree Holder in the Built Environment Sector.
• With a minimum 4 years of sales or B2B experience in the AEC industry.
• Take the initiative to understand the in-depth knowledge of our BIM products as well as other products in the market while liaising with the client.
• Proficiency knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Highly sales-driven and confident self-motivated.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Practice integrity and high dedication.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
