We are looking for a dynamic individual to conceptualise, plan and execute marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional strategies for Paragon.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance customer experience through mall wide promotions and campaigns to drive shoppers’ and tourist traffic, and increase tenant sales
- Plan and execute all A&P campaigns, events and other related promotional activities for the mall, and ensure effective communication and publicity of the initiatives
- Liaise with creative & media agencies, contractors, vendors and event companies to ensure the successful running of projects and events
- Good grasp of digital/ social media marketing; identifying trends, insights, optimise spend and maintain good social media presence.
- Liaise with tenants on promotions/events and provide A&P assistance.
- Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Management of causal leasing spaces to ensure a healthy take up rate and achieve the yearly KPIs
- Oversee and train concierge staff to ensure smooth daily operation
- Track and manage marketing budget and achieve KPI targets.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or Mass Communication or related discipline
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in A&P in a retail environment
- Experience in shopping malls, social media platforms and digital marketing preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative, resourceful, meticulous, and able to multi-task
- Able to adapt to a fast-working environment
