Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain demand forecasting models to accurately predict product demand
- Effectively build the promotion uplifts and manage trend, and seasonality with respect to the Banner stores
- Collaborate with commercial, category and vendors to ensure the timely availability of products
- Create the supply planning in collaboration with the supply partner and monitor inventory levels and adjust replenishment orders as needed
- Analyze data and use it to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvement
- Participate in the development and implementation of inventory management strategies
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and demand forecasts
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as fill rate and inventory accuracy
- Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, and/or related field
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a supply chain/demand planning role
- Proficiency in demand forecasting and inventory management skills, systems knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI or Data Query/Analytics
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
