Job Description:

- Responsible for recruitment needs of various business units
- Shortlisting, screening and interviewing of candidates
- Providing HR advice to line managers
- Collection of documents for salary proposal
- Doing up salary proposal
- Booking of pre-employment check-ups for successful candidates
- Administer LOA signing
- Conduct orientation of new hires on staff benefits
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Min. Degree in Human Resource or relevant field of study
- Min 1-2 years of Healthcare HR experience would be advantageous
- Meticulous and proactive attitude
- IT savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills
- Able to multi-task, work independently and follow through with assigned tasks
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude with eagerness to connect with people
