The BIM Modeller supports design drawings production department in 2D and 3D for BIM submission, drawings coordination between Architectural / Structural / Mechanical trades in 2D and 3D for BIM submission.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• To produce quality output of shop drawings with minimal supervision
• Accountable for the timely submission of shop drawing in 2D and 3D for BIM submission
• Ensure content’s accuracy and fluent presentation in shop drawings
• To ensure strict compliance of system on shop drawings
• To handle multiple project simultaneous
• To raise issue with superior on deviation from original design intent
• To sketch, build and generate schematic with in-house software
• To check and coordinate with Architectural / Structural / Mechanical service in 2D and 3D for BIM submission
• Maintain smooth communication to the supervisor and to all co-workers
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Candidate must possess either a Degree / Diploma / Technical certificate of equivalent in Architecture / Mechanical / Civil or Building or equivalent.
· A minimum of 2 years of working experience in drafting for Architectural / Structural / Plumbing / Mechanical Trades is required.
· Knowledge of Auto-cad and BIM 3D Modelling is required.
