- Responsible to be part of the development and upgrading of our building facilities which will involve in planning and managing all projects (including master plan in nature) assigned to effectively meet the cost, time and quality targets and also ensure that the specifications meet with statutory requirements and corporate goals and objectives.
- To facilitate product selections, budget/funding, procurement, delivery and/or any related activities between Users, design consultants, contractors & vendors to synchronize procurement, installation and commissioning of Furniture, Fittings & Equipment required for the commencement of operations. Ensure the budget accounting are properly updated and in order
- Coordinating user requirements between users, workgroups and projects consultants from planning and approval to execution, as well as scheduling and documenting the various meetings.
- Update and track development and upgrading projects assigned, project schedule and activities for submission to authorities and internal planning purposes & etc.
- Attending meetings and discussions with the Consultants and involve in review of all design proposals, hospital planning & etc. with special focuses on patient care, functional efficiency, and safety requirements and assist users to plan, manage and integrate critical resources in order to develop the best solutions/practices in line with the business objectives and strategies.
- Assist in processing progress payment claims from the Consultants and any other Vendors employed
- In charge and support requisition of purchases to meet department needs.
- Providing support and conduct onboarding programme to staff
- Facilitate processing of change request, cashflow projection and reimbursement of claims of Furniture, Fittings and Equipment (FF&E) budget tracking and monitoring.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Head of Department
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor in Architecture or Project Facilities Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience.
- AutoCAD experience will be advantageous
- Relevant experience in building development or project management in a healthcare organisation will be an advantage.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office and other presentation software.
- Good team player - experience in good administrative, communication and interpersonal skills essential.
