Job Description:
- Responsible for sourcing the materials (ACMV), spare parts, tools and equipment according to specifications.
- Involve in vendor selection and negotiate prices and delivery lead time with vendors/contractors.
- Responsible for procurement processes (e.g. RFQ, PO, etc.)
- Coordinate with various departments (i.e. sales, project, accounts) on the required technical specifications, delivery/collection schedule and supplier payments etc.
- Coordinates Inbound & Outbound shipments & deliveries.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive information on all purchases made and ensure that all purchasing records are updated and filed accordingly.
- Ensure stock level for all items in store
- Assist in maintaining the documentation and providing administrative assistance
- Manage office inventory (stationary, toiletries, pantry snacks)
- Enhance Purchasing Policy for the company
Requirements:
- Degree in business or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experienced in Construction field will be an advantage
