The Services required are set out as follows:
- Handle general reception duties in handling duties such as calls, walk-in enquires and receiving delivery orders.
- Assist students seeking medical help in sick bay and contact form teacher / parents when necessary.
- Manage Tampines Primary School’s generic email account.
- Perform administrative duties to support school meetings and events.
- Assist administration department in projects assigned related to administration.
- Assist school in data entry in areas such as survey coordination or leave of absence of officers.
- Assist school in areas such as filing and document creation.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the school leaders and administration manager.
