Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Security Officer to join our team at a luxury condominium. The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of residents, visitors, and staff within the premises. This role requires excellent communication, vigilance, and attention to detail to maintain the high standards expected in a luxury residential environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to the condominium premises, ensuring only authorized persons are allowed entry.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure the safety of residents and detect any potential security issues.
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage and operate surveillance systems (CCTV) and maintain security logs and incident reports.
- Enforce condominium policies and procedures related to security and safety.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to residents and guests, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Coordinate with local authorities, emergency services, and management in case of any security breaches or emergencies.
- Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of residents at all times.
- Assist in maintaining a secure environment during high-profile events or large gatherings within the condominium.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role, preferably in luxury residential or hospitality settings.
- Relevant security certifications in Singapore (e.g., PLRD License).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents and visitors.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to observe and report incidents accurately.
- Physically fit and capable of conducting regular patrols and handling emergency situations.
- Knowledge of security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
