ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performing clerical and admin tasks such as receiving calls, arranging appointments and ordering workplace supplies.
- Detail-oriented and capable to prioritize various assignments
- Upkeep of duty roaster and records
- Keep track of stock inventory record
- Managing calendar as well as associated operations. Other tasks such as booking meeting rooms as well as audiovisual equipment, preparing documentation, etc.
- Taking minutes for management meetings and assist in preparation of annual events of the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality with crucial data of the organization
- Travel Fairs involvement (pre and post preparation)
REQUIREMENT
- Min. GCE “O” Levels or Diploma and with good literature both in English and Chinese
- Min. 2 year of working experience in administration or senior management assistant
- Good communication skill and having public relationship handling knowledge
- Dynamic and good team player with positive mindset
- Able to multi-tasks and work in fast paced environment
- Meticulous and well-organized
