1. Business Growth & Client Management
-Support the Head of Sales at GVIG Singapore in expanding the Celblos OEM business and achieving annual sales targets.
-Maintain and grow existing client relationships by securing repeat orders and introducing new product concepts.
-Source new clients through proactive lead generation and utilize prior industry contacts.
2. Sales Support
-Create tailored pitches for clients and prepare product samples for their testing.
-Handle all incoming OEM inquiries received through platforms like HubSpot and Google.
-Track and follow up on new leads, providing weekly updates to the Head of Sales to optimize targeting strategies.
3. Product Development & Industry Insight
-Engage with R&D and Product Development teams to innovate new product ideas and packaging options.
-Keep up-to-date with trends in the OEM and beauty/skincare sectors to provide relevant business strategies and insights.
4. Sales Operations & Production Coordination
-Collaborate with the sales admin to ensure all purchase orders are processed accurately, and invoicing is timely.
-Assist the production team in planning OEM product schedules and delivery timelines.
5. Product Knowledge & Financial Oversight
-Develop a thorough understanding of product formulations and specifications to support client needs effectively.
-Work with the finance team to ensure clients make timely payments, maintaining a smooth cash flow.
Requirements:
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Business Development.
-Experience in the OEM Beauty/Cosmetics industry is an advantage.
