Job Descriptions:
- Report directly to Branch Manager
- Follow up on customer request, appointment, enquires, call, complaints and confirmation promptly
- To make cold call and any new leads call provided by the company
- Re-confirm customer’s appointment a day before their treatment
- To follow-up service call to customer after treatment (three days)
- Responsible to deliver and provide Quality Services
- Daily data entry for customers, staff and print report for compilation
- To ensure the cleanliness standards at reception area
- Issuing of invoices and service rendering
- Generation of daily reports
- Assist in general administrative duties
- Preparing and issue of relevant documents, printing and filing as well as inventory control
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and other matters as assigned by the Company
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in beauty spa environment and services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision and is able to multi-task
- Willing to work retail hours (including weekends and public holidays)
Part-Time positions are available at $15/hour - $18/hour
