about the job
- Your key responsibility is to prepare and submit MAS returns. Ensure that the MAS reports are prepared accurately and submitted to MAS on a timely basis
- Act as the primary liaison between the Finance department, other internal teams and Head Office regarding matters related to MAS and other regulatory authorities financial reporting requirements
- Ensure timely communication of regulatory changes from MAS and other relevant authorities to all key stakeholders
- Ensure timely reconciliation of GL accounts
- Responsible for investigating GL reconciliation discrepancies and documenting the investigation process and resolution outcomes
skills and experience required
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance
- > 10 years of experience in similar capacity
- Experience in reporting preparation and financial controls
- Experience in MAS regulatory reporting in a BAU and Project environment
- Independent, Meticulous and able to multi-task
- Ability to work under pressure while adhering to tight deadlines
