Job Responsibility
· Manage and distribute incoming leads to respective branch and ensure leads are well follow-up by branch CSOs;
· Follow-up closely with branch on customers’ bookings and turn-up;
· Answer customers’ enquiries from all forms of channels; Social Medias, WhatsApp, Google, Emails etc;
· Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, draft, memos and emails;
· Assist in resolving any administrative problems;
· Generate reports and analysis;
· Making calls from leads given by company
· Any other duties assigned from time to time by the company
Job Requirements
· Computer and smart phone savvy;
· Proficient in Google Drive and Microsoft Office applications;
· Must have good interpersonal and communication skills and able to relate well with all level of staff;
