Job Responsibilities:
- Take charge of all coordination works of civil & structural, architectural & SWCs, interface [civil/structural, architectural and E&M installation]
- Lead meetings and coordination with SWC contractors.
- Review design submissions to ensure they comply with design codes and contractual requirements.
- Managing interfaces for the design and construction of tunneling projects includes TFP/TOP/ design and approval process.
- Coordinate with various government/utility agencies for initial site clearance.
- Coordinate design and construction matters (Civil, Architectural, M&E) with consultants and specialist contractors to obtain approval of design submissions.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of engineering experience with a recognised engineering degree, and at least 5 years of experience in managing civil & structural, architectural and/or E&M building services of imilar scale and complexity.
- Experienced in managing interfaces for design and construction of transit projects and have full understanding of the design approval process and TFP/TOP process.
- The Coordination Manager shall take charge of all coordination work of civil, structural, architectural and system-wide contractors (SWCs) and be responsible to manage project coordinators relating to civil/ structural, architectural and E&M.
