Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead and drive our automotive sales team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee the sales operations and be a key contributor to the growth and success of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
    Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, product launches, and events that drive sales.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
    Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales staff.
    Set clear sales goals, monitor performance, and provide actionable feedback to the team.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
    Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous sales processes.
    Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Sales Operations: Manage and optimize the entire sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, negotiations, and closure.
    Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure that the sales team has the necessary stock to meet demand.
    Monitor and analyze sales metrics, generate reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the dealership’s customer base.
    Attend automotive industry events, expos, and networking functions to promote the dealership’s brand and products.
