Job Description :
- Overall control and monitoring of projects' operations, budgets & key personnel staffing
- Plan, schedule and track project timelines
- Ensure efficient use of manpower, equipment, material and resources on site
- Ensure high level of site safety and housekeeping
- Manage and control good quality of work
- Managing subcontractors to ensure tiimely delivery and good quality of work
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcons and etc
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Preferably with recognise degree by PEB/IES
- Preferably with experience in both public and private projects
- Able to lead and work independently
- Good technical knowledge and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage and drive subcontracting work
