Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Sales Support Coordinator to join and manage sales and administrative operations. The position plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth processing of sales orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide sales and administrative support to Sales department. Supporting daily sales operational activities, from sales administration, assist with the preparation and processing of sales orders, customer service, import and export, and support to sales and marketing team. Follow up on payments with clients to ensure timely transactions. Handle email and phone inquiries from clients, providing prompt and professional responses. Follow up with clients on administrative matters and provide necessary support. Update and monitor the Sales data system daily to support the sales team's forecasting exercises. Coordinate shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery of products. Prepare shipping documents, including commercial invoices and packing lists. Assist in general administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
· Minimum “O” level, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
· 1 year minimum experience in logistics and supply chain management
· Must be able to manage a given set of territory and accounts.
· Provide good after sales & customer service.
· Proficient in MS Office
· Mandarin and English language skills for liaising with clients
· Knowledge on Navision system would be an advantage
· Able to start work immediate or within short notice.
