Location: Paya Lebar
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Support division in reviewing, categorising, and digitising key documents for knowledge management.
- Support division in set up and maintenance of document folders within the organizational document records system.
- Provide regular updates and summary of digitisation efforts.
- Support on-going document filing requests.
- Support division in data preparation, data cleansing work and report collation.
- Provide other administrative support to Division which includes handling meeting logistics, general correspondences, enquiries and data administration work.
Requirements:
- Possess at least 3 years of administrative work experience
- Proficient in at least 2 or more of the following work tools: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint.
- Able to handle and manage data and information.
- Positive attitude, willing to learn.
- Possess the following qualities: collaborative, adaptable, independent, meticulous.
