We are seeking ambitious and energetic candidates to fill the role of Manager/Assistant Manager – Business Development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Head of Business Development and Strategy in developing and implementing business strategies and planning. The successful candidate will be pivotal in fostering long-term client relationships and driving business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Develop and Execute Strategies:
- Formulate and implement business development strategies for existing client relationships and market expansion.
- Identify New Opportunities:
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to discover new client prospects and business opportunities.
- Support Activities:
- Assist in business development and client activities to support the team's goals.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain Relationships:
- Build and sustain strong relationships with institutional clients, financial advisors, and other key stakeholders.
- Understand Needs:
- Gain insight into client needs and preferences to tailor solutions effectively.
- Product Management and Development:
- Collaborate on Solutions:
- Work with internal teams to create customized investment solutions.
- Lead Initiatives:
- Oversee product development from inception to launch, including strategy formulation and roadmap definition.
- Manage Launches:
- Handle product launches, including marketing materials and client communication.
- Enhance Products:
- Work with portfolio managers and investment teams to refine investment products.
- Conduct Research:
- Perform industry and market research.
Job Requirements
- Experience:
- Manager Position: Minimum 7-8 years in business development within financial services preferred.
- Assistant Manager Position: Minimum 4-5 years in business development within financial services preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or Finance preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint) and Bloomberg preferred.
- Travel:
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
