Our client is a logistics and supply chain company specializing in air freight services. They are looking for a Customer Service Executive to assist their Facilities team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at East of Singapore– easily accessible. The Customer Service Executive is responsible for:
Duties
- Assist customers with daily cargo bookings for our diverse airline products, ensuring smooth transactions.
- Handle the booking of capacity with airlines and confirm these arrangements with customers.
- Understand the specific requirements of our various airline products to provide appropriate advice to customers.
- Support the administration of cargo bookings by entering flight reservations into the system and maintaining accurate data updates.
- Coordinate with multiple parties, including customers, warehouses, carriers, and customs, to address shipment requirements. Monitor shipment status, keep customers informed, and maintain positive relationships by addressing inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with the Billing Team to ensure accurate invoicing data and perform other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements
- Min 1 year of working experience in the related field, e.g. airfreight customer service, co-loading etc.
- Min “O” & “N” Levels.
- Familiar with CCN system.
