Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of quotations and sales orders, managing customer enquiries, processing claims, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and process a large volume of quotations and sales orders within the stipulated target time, including verifying and rectifying part number errors on the orders. Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and web chat in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. Process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, and other issues. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues related to customer orders, including requesting lead time changes from suppliers. Encourage customers to place orders online through the e-commerce store.
Qualifications:
· Minimum GCE “O” Level Qualification.
· At least 1 year of experience in order processing and handling customer enquiries.
· Positive work attitude, self-driven, independent, and a team player with a strong customer service mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
· Adaptable to a fast-paced working environment with a sense of urgency.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)
