Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide excellent service by greeting customer
• Check and ensure all customers have been issued with a valid tag before entering the Onsen
• Fold Yukata, Obi and Towels neatly to company standard
• Top up and maintain neat and cleanliness of the Onsen counter, dressing table
• Ensure Onsen is clean and well presented at all times, including resetting of basin and tools at shower area, wiping down the floor
• Guide and educate guests on spa etiquette and use of facilities
• Regular check and ensure customers follow house rules
• Clear the laundry basket regularly and ensure accurate towels movement
• Responsible for housekeeping, maintenance and cleanliness of work stations and areas
Requirements
• Full Time: 1 rest day per week to be scheduled by Management
• Part Time: 3 or 4 working days/week, minimally 6 - 8 hours/day
• Flexibility to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays
• Customer oriented
• Possess a keen to learn attitude
• Able to start work immediately will be advantage
