Job Description : The primary role is to plan construction projects, and oversee progress in a timely and cost-effective manner. To responsible for the overall budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling project.
Key Responsibilities & Activities :
Supervision and oversight entire construction project
Review the project execution plan, ensure compliance to specifications, design and program
Coordinates with Client, Sub-Contractors, Suppliers and Supervision Teams
Monitor site construction in compliance with building and safety regulations
Verify and review technical submissions and method statements
Ensure timely completion of project.
Experienced in leading large teams, especially in LTA projects, Mixed Development, and familiar with large-scale civil projects experience preferred.
