- Provide comprehensive support in Media Back End process
- Ensure media manufacturing conformance to the process flow, specification and procedure
- Implement effective process control and audit to ensure product and process compliance/conformance
- Conduct root cause analysis for process issues
- Conduct experiments for yield/process improvements
- Support the setup, troubleshoot and qualification of backend process equipment
- Provide technical assistance to Production Manufacturing Specialists
