Job Description
• Assist the Managers and Directors in providing comprehensive and effective tax compliance and advisory services to a portfolio of corporate clients in a diverse range of industries.
• Assist in tax research/preparatory work and prepare the advisory work within the tight turnaround time for portfolio of clients
• Assist in FATCA and CRS reporting
• preparation corporate tax returns and assisting clients in dispute resolutions and enquiries from the tax authority.
• Handle full set of accounts.
• Preparation of management reports, unaudited financial annual reports and reporting packages.
• Preparation and submission of GST returns. Liaise with IRAS during GST audits.
• Preparation of XBRL financial report.
• Any work-related matters and ad hoc assignments
Qualification:
• Strong knowledge of SFRS and GST
• At least 2 years of working experience handling multiple full set of accounts
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Comfortable in handling difficult clients from different background and industries.
• Team player, meticulous and dateline-driven
• Able to work with minimal supervision and under pressure
• Proficient in Quickbooks/Xero accounting software and Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Excel skills
• Must possess positive and willing to learn attitude
• Able to work independently and as a strong team player
• Proficient in Mandarin; both spoken & business writing (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
