Job Descriptions
- Strategise, plan, and review manpower resources at organisational level to support business and organisational growth.
- Review and prepare HR related policies, SOPs, and workflow that align with company's goals and values.
- Ensure overall payroll accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance for all statutory reporting requirements for local entities.
- Conduct talent acquisition activities, including screening, interviewing, reference check and onboarding.
- Maintain the HRIS to ensure accuracy and integrity of HR records and reports, accuracy in attendance, leave, etc.
- Oversee performance management, training and development programs.
- Create a positive workplace culture through continuous employee engagements
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Admin, or equivalent.
- Professional working fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
- 2+ years working experience as an HR Manager leading a team.
