Job Scope:
- Front Desk duties
- Handle telephone calls and inquiries.
- Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry work and managing correspondences.
- Support in matters related to finance, administration and operational management.
- Attend and administer first aid to the students who are feeling unwell or are injured.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level or its equivalent
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task
- Good team player with high level of initiative
- Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel and Powerpoint)
- 3 years experience in School administration
- Familiar with at least 2 school/MOE based computer/ online systems
- Certified First Aider and AED CPR
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 (option to extend till Dec 2026)
Salary: $2000/month
Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm
Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
