Roles and Responsibilities
- Supporting and maintaining the organization’s on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
- Performing routine tasks such as monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with installations and configurations.
- Providing technical support to end-users.
- Documenting processes, Knowledge Base creation and maintaining records.
- Designing, building, and maintaining complex IT infrastructure.
- Managing and optimizing network systems, servers, and cloud services.
- Implementing security measures and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Leading projects related to infrastructure patching, upgrades and migrations.
- Collaborating with other IT professionals to develop and implement IT projects.
- Part of a team supporting Normal Biz Hour with occasional After Office Hour and Weekend/PH work.
Requirements
- OS Windows Server 2016 and above (Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate)
- OS Linux experience (RHEL, SUSE, etc)
- AWS SysOps Administrator Associate
- Automation tools (e.g. Ansible, Terraform)
- Advanced knowledge of IT systems, networking, and cloud technologies.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Basic Network knowledge (e.g. NTP, SCMP, IP-subnet, etc)
- 3 to 5 years of related work experience
