Responsibilities
• Responsible for solution design and maintenance of applications used in TVS SCS focusing on Cargowise One and its B2B integrations between customer systems and the applications
• Provide user support (2nd level support) and troubleshooting for any issue related to the application and B2B integrations in accordance to target SLA
• Liaise with software vendor to resolve any issue that cannot be solved at 2nd level
• Review RFQ requirements and partner with Sales and Marketing team to provide solutions and process integration that can assist in securing contracts
• Partner with Products and Operations Excellence teams on continuous improvement projects in relations to system to improve work efficiency
• Partner with system vendor for appropriate updating, upgrading and enhancement of system
• Serve as system subject matter expert and conduct regular user training in relations to assigned software
• Ensure company policies & procedures, confidentiality, legal and ethical guidelines, such as Delegation of Authority are clearly communicated and adhered to

Requirements
• 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience
• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or relevant qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Cargowise One configurations and customization
• Proficiency in scripting / programming languages including macros, PHP, or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Application Support and User Management
• Possess some programming knowledge
• Able to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams
• Good Problem Solving
• Good Digital Literacy and Analytical Skills
• Good Service Orientation
