Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient / general public phone call queries
- Respond according to SOP
- Liaise with Healthcare Professionals
- Redirect calls to relevant personnels / departments as needed
- Attend to emergency calls effectively and follow SOP as trained
- Any admin duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Nitec or Diploma in any field of study
- Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
- Need to have some Call Centre experience , preferably in Healthcare sector
Working Hours:
- 3 Rotating Shift
- Buangkok
