Job Description:
- Review project specifications, tenders, and construction drawings for contract and procurement management.
- Assist Project Manager in coordinating design details between the designer and client.
- Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and teams to ensure timely procurement and project progress.
- Monitor site progress, report status updates to the Project Manager, and compile project documentation.
- Ensure project completion meets quality standards and manage submissions of as-built drawings.
Requirements:
- Min. 3-5 years of experience in interior design and renovation.
- Must be able to read architectural drawings.
- Diploma holder with strong communication skills.
- Experience in tendering for interior fit-out projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage operational activities efficiently.
